South Florida Bass Fishing

The Everglades Bass fishing will be starting soon as the water levels will begin to drop. Our high rainy season fills up the Everglades swamp system and the largemouth bass scatter throughout the flats. The process then reverses itself in springtime and the bass retreat to the depths of the canals which makes fishing much easier. Yesterday we fished the Holy Land wildlife refuge and caught about 20 small bass up to 5 1/2 lbs. all on the plastic baits.
